CARS 3 rolled out on June 16th, 2017, so we called on the BIGGEST Cars fan we know - Teresa Delgado ( Disney Vault Talk  / Fangirls Going Rogue ) !! She also happens to be a latina from Texas, eerily similar to Cristela Alonzo (voice of Cruz Ramirez). So we have thoughts and feelings about the messages of this film.
